Cancellation Policy

Cancelation and Reschedule Policy for Lipstickroyalty Images Productions 1. Cancelation: We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the start of your session. If you fail to provide us with at least 72 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full fee as outlined in your contract. 2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the start of your original session time. You may reschedule within the same calendar month or up to one month after your original session date with no additional charge. Any rescheduling requested outside of these parameters will incur additional fees as outlined in your contract. 3. Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any sessions that are canceled or rescheduled once a contract has been signed and/or payment has been received unless otherwise expressed in writing in your contract.
